Note: Stall reservation bond is refundable due to inspection after the event. Stall holders can bring their own marquee, chair and table, or hire from us.

Procedure to hire a non-food Stall:
(1) Choose the options you require and pay your stall fee.
(2) We send you the Application Form by email.
(3) Complete the form and return to us by email to events@icwa.org.au. Please ensure that you provide us with your trading name and product and/or services details. It may take up to 2 weeks to process your application.

Upon receiving your payment, we will send you the application form, which you need to fill (including products details) and return to us by email to events@icwa.org.au.
