Iranian Community of Western Australia (ICWA), the organiser, offers limited numbers of stall spaces at Festival of Fire (Charshanbeh Suri) and Persian Nature Day (Sizdeh Bedar) events to sell a product or tell people about your products and/or services. Please note that selling any item require a written approval to be obtained in advance, and Selling food at these events require additional approval from the council of the city of South Perth.
Stall Spaces
Renting Stall Spaces (Non-Food) – $50.00 per stall space, per event
Non-Food stall hire bond: $50.00 (Refundable upon inspection after the event)
Vehicle Access Fee (to keep your vehicle near your stall during the event – if required): $100.00
Note: Without the vehicle access you still can use your vehicle to unload and load your equipment and/or materials for your stall, but need to keep your car out of the reserve during the event.
Stall spaces are available at Festival of Fire (Charshanbeh Suri) and Persian Nature Day (Sizdeh Bedar) events to:
(1) display banner, distribute business card and promotional material to introduce your business.
(2) sell non-FOOD products.
Cancellation Policy
Market stall bonds also refundable upon cancellation of the market stall.
Market stall fees can be refunded, if and only if the cancellation is received in writing one month prior to the event.

BOOK YOUR NON-FOOD STALL HERE
Renting FOOD Stall Spaces – $200.00 per stall space, per event
Food stall hire bond: $200.00 (Refundable upon inspection after the event)
Vehicle Access Fee (to keep your vehicle near your stall during the event – if required): $100.00
Note: Vehicle Access Fee is also applicable to food Vans (ie. Ice Cream and Coffee Vans).
Note: Without the vehicle access you still can use your vehicle to unload and load your equipment and/or materials for your stall, but need to keep your car out of the reserve during the event.
Stall spaces are available at Festival of Fire (Charshanbeh Suri) and Persian Nature Day (Sizdeh Bedar) events to sell FOOD. Applicant MUST have his/her own ABN, registered food business and public liability insurance, and to accept the term and conditions set by the health department. Your application, supportive documents and fee amount must be sent to “Iranian Community of Western Australia” upto 6 weeks prior to the event.

BOOK YOUR FOOD STALL HERE
Market Stalls Terms and Conditions

- You shall bring everything you need including table, chairs, marquee, etc.
ICWA might be able to arrange to lend you one marquee, one table and one chair for your stall during the event.
Call us to arrange this if required. - You have permission to erect one marquee (3x3m Max) at your own risk.
- You shall arrive 2 hours prior to the official timing of the event, to setup your stall to be ready for the event.
- All equipment, marquees, sign and banners shall be removed from the reserve within one hour after the official ending of the event, with area (around and up 30 meters in front of your stall) left in a clean, undamaged and tidy state.
- Your stall shall be setup in the exact spot assigned to you from the Market Stalls area shown on the event sitemap.
- Your business permit/trading licence (will be provided by us) must be displayed on your stall during the event.
- Vehicle access to reserve
- You shall bring everything you need including table, chairs, marquee, etc.
– Only those vehicles stipulated on the Function Permit will have the access to reserve, with penalty for non-compliance imposed.
– No car parking is allowed on the reserve. Vehicle access to the reserve only granted to unload and load equipment and/or materials for the function.
– The access gate to the park will remain unlocked for 2 hours prior and one hour after the event. Please open the gate to enter to and close the gate when entered.
– Vehicles must observe a 10km/hr speed limit and drive with hazard lights on whilst on a reserve.
– Your vehicle shall not be on the reserve during the event.
Exception: Vehicle can remain near the stall/marquee during the event, only and only if stall holder have applied for additional access, paid the Vehicle Access Fee, and granted such permit from City of South Perth (thru ICWA).
- There would be some white lines pained on the grass areas. These lines are painted to highlight the reticulation pipelines, etc and to ensure the area’s infrastructure will not be compromised by “stall holders/our” marquees and signage. Please make sure your stall will be minimum of one meter ever side away from the white lines.
- Power generators (if any) must be off the grass.
- Signs must be located so as NOT to obstruct vehicular traffic, pedestrian and cyclists sight lines.
Please ensure you stall area and activity complies with the term and condition stated here. Requirement prescribed by these term and conditions will attract a fine for non-compliance. If you have any questions regarding these terms and condition, please contact ICWA or the City of South Perth booking officer.
