\nWe thank you for deciding to donate to Iranian Community of Western Australia. When making a donation, we ask that you carefully complete your details and the amount of your donation as a substantial amount of administrative time is involved to deal with and rectify any errors. A refund of part of the donation amount could be given, where an accidental over-payment is made throughout the donations process, if you formally notify us within 14 days by sending an email to info@iraniancommunity.org.au.

❇<\/span> Consultation fee <\/b>
\nConsultation appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice (2 working days) will be charged a cancellation fee at the price of half an hour consultation.<\/div>\n

❇<\/span> Event tickets <\/b>
\nAll transactions are final. There will be no refunds on completed bookings unless the event is cancelled.
\n<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

❇<\/span> Market Stalls<\/b>
\nMarket stall bonds are refundable upon inspection after the event, or upon cancellation of the market stall.
\nMarket stall fees can be refunded, if and only if the cancellation is received in writing one month prior to the event.

Security Policy <\/h3>\n
\nIranian Community of Western Australia uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.<\/div>\n

Event and Admission Policy<\/h3>\n
\nAttendance to any event held by Iranian Community of Western Australia is subject to the organiser and venue\u2019s terms of admission and the following terms and conditions: \n<\/div>\n

❇<\/span> Ticketing <\/b>
\nAll bookings\/RSVPs and ticket purchases are non-transferable and may not be transferred by you. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON ANY TICKET will be made if you choose not to attend for any reason including an inclement weather. \n<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

❇<\/span> Artists and venue <\/b>
\nICWA reserve the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and\/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
\nICWA reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Event for any reason. In the event of the cancellation in advance of the Event, we will provide a refund less ticketing fee.
\nICWA reserve the right at any time, to change the venue of the Event. In the event of a change in venue, we will publish details on the same website as the event is advertised. \n<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

❇<\/span> Entry <\/b>
\nThe right of admission is reserved and is subject to the organiser and venue’s terms of admission.
\nFamilies must enter the venue at the same time if they have a family ticket or one single RSVP. Any minor under 15 cannot enter except in company with a responsible adult.
\nIt may be a condition of entry to the Event that a search of your person and\/or your possessions is required at the time of entry to the venue. GLASS, ALCOHOL, WEAPONS, ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES or any item the Event organizers consider may be used in an illegal or offensive manner may be confiscated. Refusal to consent to a search WILL prevent entry to the Event, without refund. Entry may be refused if no RSVP record is exist or tickets are duplicated, damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased through an authorized point of sale. \n<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

❇<\/span> Audio and visual recording <\/b>
\nAudio or visual recordings of the events are permitted but images may only be used for private purposes and not public display. By attending the Event, you consent to being included in any film and\/or sound recordings of the Event that may take place and agree for these recordings to be used by the Event organiser for public display.<\/u> \n<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

❇<\/span> Liability <\/b>
\nTo the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability of any nature for the acts, omissions or fault of those providing services in connection with the Event or any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay or additional expenses which are incurred at or in association with this Event. Where legislation implies any condition or warranty which cannot be excluded or modified, that condition or warranty will be deemed to be included in this agreement. However, our liability for any breach of such condition or warranty will be limited, at our option, to the resupply of the services or the cost of having the services supplied again. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary or special damages.
\nAdmission is at the ticket holders own risk. You acknowledge that neither we nor the venue will be responsible for any loss or damage to property (including personal property such as bags, money or other personal items) brought to or purchased at the Event by you or your invitees. You will be liable for any loss or damage caused at the Event by you or your invitees. \n<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

❇<\/span> Conduct <\/b>
\nYou must ensure that you and your invitees act in an orderly manner when attending the Event. We may refuse entry or evict you or any of your invitees if they are behaving in an intoxicated, disorderly, offensive, threatening or inappropriate manner, towards any person.
\nICWA events are open to all ages. Children under the age of 15 years that attend the Event must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Children who behave in a disorderly, disruptive or inappropriate manner may at the sole discretion of the Event organisers be required to leave. \n<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

❇<\/span> Alcohol, smoking and illegal substances <\/b>
\nAll ICWA events are ALCOHOL FREE, SMOKE FREE, family events.<\/u> Possessing alcohol or smoking at the venue will cause immediate eviction and cancellation of your admission. Anyone found supplying or consuming illicit drugs will be evicted from the premises and face criminal charges. \n<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

❇<\/span> Trading <\/b>
\nTrading signs or other signs, and distribution of any advertisement materials and similar are not permitted without prior consent of the ICWA. No ticket holder shall be entitled to do any trading without the written consent of the Event organizers.
\nTickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion whether commercial or non-commercial without prior written consent of the Event organizers. \n<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

❇<\/span> General <\/b>
\nFootwear must be worn at all times on the site.
\nAnimals are not permitted, except in accordance with legislation.
\nFires and fireworks are not permitted.
\nThis agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia state.
\nAny breach of any of these terms and conditions will entitle the Event organizers to evict the ticket holder from the venue and confiscate any ticket without refund. \n<\/div>\n

❇<\/span> Environment and community <\/b>
\nICWA cares for the environment and community.
\nPlease be respectful and place any litter in the recycle or other bins provided around the venue. \n<\/div>\n

\nWe value your privacy and assure you that your personal information kept secure. We are bound by and comply with the National Privacy Principles, as provided in the Federal Privacy Act 1988, and only collect personal information that is necessary for us to conduct our business and process your payment. The personal information we collect will include information you give us when you place an order for the purchase of the service we provide. This personal information will include your name, address and contact details, and may include other personal information about individuals we collect in the course of a transaction.
