Stall holders to bring all required items and comply with the documentation provided. Limited number of marquess also available for hire from us.
Note: Stall reservation bond is refundable due to inspection after the event.

Procedure to hire a food Stall:
(1) Choose the options you require and pay your stall fee.
(2) We send you the “Trading Licence Application” by email.
(3) Complete the forms and return to us along with the following documents:
– Business Registration
– Food Act certificate
– Public liability insurance
by email to events@icwa.org.au. It may take up to 4 weeks to process your application.
